• Why are there added costs of shipping and sales tax?

  • Shipping is set at a flat rate of $4.00 compared to the USPS real time shipping of $7.65, I cover the other costs for you because I am here for you!

  • If you spend over $30 on products, shipping is FREE

  • Per NC law, sales tax must be collected on certain products only on those who live in the state of NC. Please read up on the sales tax nexus laws. If you are in other states other than NC, you are not subject to sales tax.

• What is your return process?

  • I do not accept returns; however, I will issue refunds as needed if you are not satisfied with your product. I am also happy to exchange an item or make changes as necessary.

 

• My product was melted upon receiving why?

  •  Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and due to the organic nature of the product, melting is possible but we do our best to make sure your order is intact when it comes to you. If it happens to melt upon receiving, leave it at room temperature for it to solidify. 

 

• Are all your ingredients natural?

  • My ingredients are authentically and organically sourced, free from harsh chemicals/toxins, and goes through testing to ensure the utmost purity. Based on the latest research and science, I choose ingredients that provide therapeutic benefits for your well-being. Guaranteed no parabens, sulfates, phthalates

 

• Do you use natural colorants in your products?

  • If my product has a tint of color, it comes from high quality botanicals that offer great benefit such as herbal extracts and powders

 

• Do you use micas?

  • I absolutely do not use micas in my products. There are natural micas and synthetic micas. Most colored products out there claim to be natural but are only synthetic colorants. Micas are colored with FD&C colorants, ultramarines, or iron oxides. I like to avoid these at all cost to the skin because they offer no real benefit. I like to use natural botanicals for the maximum benefits to our skin. Keep in mind, those products out there that claim to be natural and pretty in color can be harmful in the long run.

 

• Are your products tested on animals?

  • My products are not tested on animals; however, family and friends have used my products as I started testing different recipes. They have done really well with them which is why I want to share the greatness with you! Thank you all for being my guinea pigs and trusting me in the process!
