Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Essentially Natural Wellness Practice LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect both your time and the scheduling needs of the practice, the following policy applies to all consultations and wellness services.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged the full session fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on scheduling availability.
A late fee of $50 may apply for significantly delayed appointments.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practice.
Consultation Preparation
Clients are encouraged to complete any required intake forms, uploads, or requested information prior to the appointment to help maximize session time and support a productive consultation.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, wellness guides, and educational materials, all digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Product Orders
Physical product concerns or order issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Due to the nature of wellness and body care products, returns may be limited or unavailable depending on the item purchased.
Policy Acceptance
By booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or using services provided by Essentially Natural Wellness Practice LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
